Booking terms

Your booking is confirmed when you receive a booking reference. We'll contact you by phone, text or email about your booking.

All prices include VAT. Set-price jobs cover the work listed under "What's included" on that service's page. Anything outside that, or found during the visit, is explained and priced before we do it, and is only carried out with your agreement.

The call-out price covers attending, making the installation safe and diagnosing the fault. Repairs are priced separately and agreed with you first.

Set-price jobs can be paid by card when you book. Other work is paid as agreed when the price is confirmed.

You can change or cancel by replying to your confirmation email or calling 0115 955 7799. If you cancel before the electrician sets off, any payment is refunded in full. You also have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may be charged for work already carried out.

Please make sure we can reach the property and the consumer unit at the booked time. If we can't get access, we'll contact you to rearrange.
