Private landlords in England must have the electrical installation in their rented properties inspected and tested at least every five years and provide a copy of the report to tenants. We carry out EICRs, remedial work and day-to-day repairs, and can arrange access directly with your tenants.

How often do I need an EICR?

Yes. Add their contact details in the booking notes and we'll arrange access with them.
What happens if the report is unsatisfactory?
You'll receive a clear list of what needs doing and a price for the remedial work.
Do you send the report to me or the tenant?
The report is sent to you. You're responsible for giving copies to your tenants.
