The call-out price is shown when you book. It covers an electrician attending, making the installation safe and finding the fault. Any repair is priced and agreed with you before work starts.
Do you carry parts?
Common parts such as sockets, switches and breakers are usually available. If a specific part is needed, you'll be told before any extra cost.
Will I get a certificate?
Where the work requires one, you'll receive the appropriate certificate or test results by email.
What should I do if there's smoke or fire?
Leave the property and call 999. Don't try to deal with an electrical fire yourself. Book an electrician once the fire service says it's safe.
Can I book a repair for later in the week?
Yes. If it's safe to wait, choose a date and time when you book.
