How much is an emergency call-out?
The call-out price is shown when you book. It covers an electrician attending, making the installation safe and finding the fault. Any repair is priced and agreed with you before work starts.
Is a warm breaker a problem?
Yes. Switch that circuit off and book an electrician.
Will I need a new consumer unit?
Only if the unit is faulty or parts aren't available. You'll be told before any work.
