How much is an emergency call-out?
The call-out price is shown when you book. It covers an electrician attending, making the installation safe and finding the fault. Any repair is priced and agreed with you before work starts.
What if today's slots are full?
Choose the next available time, or call us if the problem is urgent and unsafe.
What should I do if there's smoke or fire?
Leave the property and call 999. Don't try to deal with an electrical fire yourself. Book an electrician once the fire service says it's safe.
Do I need to be at home?
Someone needs to be there to give access. For rentals, add your tenant's details in the booking notes.
